The Process of Co-Creating Limicon

Co-Creation Meetings

Throughout the month of February, "co-creation calls" are open to all registrants as we approach the field together. New participants welcome and encouraged!

Throughout the month of February, we invite you to join us to connect, to co-create, and to sense into the field as we prepare to launch Limicon 2026.  Four different types of meetings will be happening:

❓ Co-creation Meeting: Collective Inquiry

We will meet in this space to sense into the wider field around us, sourcing from our individual places of deep knowing, to collectively presence areas of inquiry.  Insights will be harvested and fed back into the Limicon system throughout the event.

*Please Pre-register: Thursdays 3:30-5:00 EST

February 12th, February 19th, February 26th, and March 5th

👷 Co-creation meeting: Organizing Team

Join us here if you would like to help build Limicon together.  We start with a brief meditation and check-in and then get to work creating the structure that the participants of Limicon build upon.  We have some ideas of how you can help out, or bring your own “stone” to throw into the Limicon soup.

Wednesdays alternating 11 am EST and 4pm EST

Open Space Technology Principles

1. Whoever comes are the right people: Since people can choose what sessions to attend there has to be to trust, that the people that come are the right people. Even if a session only has two attendees, these two people might be exactly the right people to meet at that time to do something great together.

2. Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened: Open Space Technology events have an emerging character. No one can possibly predict, how things might unfold. Therefore, members are invited to concentrate on the moment with an open mind.

3. Whenever it starts is the right time: Creativity moves on its own timeline independent of the meeting or event schedule. Therefore, members should be attentive to when creativity arises. Whether that is as part of the group sessions or in one to one conversations at the lunch buffet.

4. When it is over, it is over: Getting the work done is more important than sticking to the schedule. When a group is in the perfect flow, then they can decide to continue their discussions. Or, if they finish their topic earlier, the can also close the session and do something else instead.
